OH GOD THE LES MIS TRAILER

I’m calling it now, this movie is going to win all of the Oscars. If the trailer is any indication I am going to weep copiously and you really don’t understand how much I just don’t do that.

DID YOU KNOW I have four different cast recordings of Les Miserables? In high school I had the whole damn libretto memorized. I could still probably sing most of it.

OH HEY, this is maybe where my love of things where horrible things happen to everyone started!

I miss character shrines.

They disappeared as blogs became a thing, and now the closest thing we have is fuckyeah tumblrs.  But there’s so little care and dedication compared to the shrines of old.  My favorites were the ones that had pages and pages of “essays” — now replaced by rebloggable posts filled with opinions.

True. But we’ve also lost the hate pages, and I’m mostly okay with that. Even the ones I agreed with.
